Now and Zen's bodywork is original, it is a mixture of Thai traditional massage and Esalen(R) massage. Let the stretch happen as the body wants to relax by itself. It is a total relaxation and the process of the session differ by individual.

Now and zen is...
It's a place for total relaxation of your body-mind. Yutaka is there for you, just supporting you to find your relaxation that is your true nature. Now and Zen is a very spiritual place but doesn't belong to any religion. It is beyond any religion. "ZEN" is a doorway to our ture essence which is also called "NOW" in other word. Now and Zen's sessions go deeper when the "NOW" is remembered.

Yutaka KUMEKAWA
He's been practicing massage and counseling over 10 years. He is fluent in English, has lived in Toronto, Canada. He studied massage both in Canada and Japan, and is continuing the study and deepening/simplifying the methods.
OSHO, Gangaji, Eckhart Tolle...etc. are influence for him and he takes a shower of their presence from time to time.
He has a three year old French Bulldog named Canada and enjoys walking with him. He likes gadgets like iPhone/iPad. Going to beaches, driving, listening to good music are nutrition to him.

- Member of RAJA (Refloxology Association of Japan)
- Rwo-shr Ontario certified reflexologist
- C.R.H.P. certified by Institute of Aromatherapy
- Aura-soma (R) level 1-3 with Nura
- Completed Aura-soma (R) level 4
- Counseling skill course with Rahasha
